Hand in Hand Toward a New Journey! JALA Group and JD Technology Officially Launch Strategic Partnership

On September 20, under the theme "Unite Forces, Forge New Wins Together," JALA Group and JD Technology held a strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony, establishing a comprehensive strategic partnership. Attendees included JALA Group Chairman and President Zheng Chunying, JALA Group Vice President Wu Meng, JD Group Vice President and General Manager of JD Technology’s Digital Marketing Products Department Chen Feng, and JD Technology Vice President Mu Xiaohai. The two parties jointly inaugurated a new chapter of collaboration in the digital technology field.


 

According to the agreement, the collaboration will focus on three key areas: "AI-TP Marketing Operations to Drive JALA’s E-commerce Sales Growth," "Co-building a Data Platform to Support JALA’s Billion-Dollar Retail Digitalization," and "JD’s Cutting-edge AI Technology to Empower JALA’s Enterprise Intelligence." The next priorities include:

1. AI-TP: Leveraging AI and big data technologies to enhance third-party operational services. Tools such as AI-driven digital human livestreaming, intelligent customer service, AI outbound calls, and sample distribution will be deployed by JALA.

2. Data Integration: Through a privacy-computing framework, both parties will securely and compliantly integrate data to improve capabilities in audience targeting, industry tag optimization, and membership system development. 


 

In his speech, Zheng Chunying stated, "JALA and JD Technology reached a strategic cooperation intent on June 17, and today, after 95 days of joint efforts by both teams to build from scratch, we officially signed the agreement and launched the collaboration.
