Contributing to Rural Revitalization ｜Promoting Sustainable Development
In 2016, CHANDO collaborated with the China Environmental Protection Foundation to establish the "CHANDO Himalaya Environmental Protection Public Welfare Fund", which is dedicated to the protection of Himalayan glaciers, rare plants and animals, and unique cultures. Through various means, it showcases the rich colors and vibrant vitality of the Himalaya to the world. To date, CHANDO has donated a cumulative total of 26 million yuan to the China Environmental Protection Foundation. As of 2024, the CHANDO Grass Planting in Himalaya has, for eight consecutive seasons, planted 6.66 million square meters of green wheatgrass in the Shigatse region of the Himalaya. This effort aims to protect the ecological environment of the Himalaya, promote sustainable development, and contribute to rural revitalization.

In response to the calls of the "Women's Action for Rural Revitalization" and the "Young Talent Development Initiative", as of 2024, CHANDO, in collaboration with the China Children and Teenagers' Fund, has provided financial assistance to 511 female college and high-school students in the Himalayan region. UNDP Global Success Stories
In 2011, the Group established a strategic partnership with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) for an initial period of four years and a second period of five years, becoming the first private enterprise to cooperate with UNDP in China, and working together on the "Sustainable Development of Ethnic Minority Cultural Industries in China Project", which supports "Yunnan Mosuo Handmade Textile","Yunnan Huaswa Dai Handicrafts","Hubei Tujia Silankap" and "Hainan Li Brocade".
