On November 23-24, the 2023 11th Consumer Experience Innovation Conference (CX Innovation 2023) was held in Suzhou, themed "Human-Centric, Technology-Empowered," with a focus on corporate sustainability.


Dr. Luo Yujin, General Manager of JALA Group’s Big Data Center, attended the event and delivered a keynote speech titled "Digital and AI Technologies Driving Consumer-Centric Business Growth." At the conference’s awards ceremony, JALA Group was honored with the "Annual ESG Exemplary Enterprise Award" for its outstanding performance and proactive practices in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) domains.

On November 24, the 2023 Grand Consumer Forum: Path to Brand Innovation—Global Perspectives, Chinese Practices, co-hosted by Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai SME Development Service Center, Rennes Business School (France), and Bester Consulting Group, was grandly held in Shanghai.


Dr. Chen Juanling, General Manager of Public Affairs at JALA Group, was invited to the forum and delivered a keynote speech titled "Green Consumption, Sustainable Future: Global Perspectives on Chinese Beauty Brand Practices." Drawing on CHANDO’s case studies, Dr. Chen shared insights into Chinese beauty brands’ global strategies and explored future pathways for innovation.
