    The Children's Hospital of Fudan University, a National Children's Medical Center, has summarized through 73 years of clinical experience that the foundation for skin health should be laid from infancy. Medical practice has revealed that microecological flora imbalance causes 90% of skin problems in infants and children. Six parent-formulators from imine, collaborating with the Children's Hospital of Fudan University, developed products based on the standard of use for their own children. They innovatively proposed the concept of cultivating stable skin. After 6 years of human efficacy observation involving over 856 people, a new generation of skincare products with over 90% natural ingredients, which are safe and highly effective, were developed. These products focus on solving five major skin problems in infants and children. Announcement on the Rebranding of JALA Group to CHANDO Group

To align with strategic planning and brand development needs, and to better serve our consumers, we hereby announce that "JALA (Group) Co., Ltd." has officially been renamed "Shanghai CHANDO Group Co., Ltd."

Since its establishment in 2001, the Group has navigated through 23 years of economic cycles and earned four industry reputations: "Integrity and Responsibility, Reliable Quality, Strong Capabilities, and Advanced Technology," winning the trust of hundreds of millions of consumers.

To date, we have successfully built a portfolio of seven brands, with CHANDO as the cornerstone brand, MAYSU, BOTANICAL WISDOM, SpringSummer, and ASSASSINA as niche market brands, and Biorrier and imine as science-driven skincare efficacy brands.

In 2020, the Group initiated its digital transformation, leveraging dual engines of digital technology and product technology. We have successfully evolved from a traditional enterprise to a digital-driven technology cosmetics company.

In 2024, CHANDO Group will embark on a new vision: "To become China’s top and world-leading cosmetics company driven by technology innovation." We will launch the upgraded Strategy 3.0, focusing on four dimensions—single-category excellence, multi-brand synergy, omni-channel integration, and global expansion—to pursue beauty in all its forms.
